Our head chef combines traditional American and British classic diner dishes with Mediterranean influences, resulting in inventive yet classic recipes with a cosmopolitan fusion of flavours.

We source the very best local and national suppliers in our restaurant, using top-quality ingredients to convert traditional diner dishes into hearty cuisine with international inspiration. We love the walnut-crusted grilled goat’s cheese salad, with avocado and a balsamic dressing, and the red snapper with seafood bouillabaisse. The Nicholson’s beef burger platter with avocado, Monterey Jack and bacon is simply divine and nobody should leave without sampling the infamous Nicholson’s nachos!
